Hello Summitview families. We had an ambulance come to our building this afternoon as a precaution due to an injury on our playground. Our nurse was able to provide immediate care for the student.

We got our first dozen of eggs! Both hens are laying now. We recently applied for a grant to help us build "Summitview Farms" so that we can provide new opportunities for our students. We would to thank those in our community who have reached out to us about helping we this great new project.

This is just a reminder that if you are parking in our parking lot, the YMCA lot, or on 2nd Street please come to the main office entrance (not the patio) for your child. The pictures below show which door (k-1 or 2-5) to go to with your green-numbered card. Thank you!

Hello SV Families! THANK YOU for your patience and understanding this afternoon. After assessing our new process, we are making a few changes. The one change that will impact families, will be when it comes to picking up K and 1 students at a door. We are asking parents to pick those students up at the doors directly to the right of the main entrance not on the patio (as we did today) . This way all students will be picked up at basically one location. Please make sure to have your green numbered card if you are picking up at the doors or from your vehicle. Thanks again for your patience and understanding. We believe tomorrow will be better.

This is just a reminder that tomorrow is career day. We are encouraging students to dress up with their future career in mind. Please remember that all outfits and accessories need to be school appropriate. Thank you.

Hello SV Families! Thank you for your patience and flexibility at dismissal today.

Hello SV Families! Due to the severe weather that may hit our area during dismissal time, we will keep our walkers a few minutes later so they do not need to walk in the stormy weather. Our dismissal might look a little different for our pick up students, as well. If the weather is bad, we will probably keep them in the building and call for them over our walkie-talkie system to come out when their parents are present. Thank you.
