Third Grade #mwlearners participate in a Bal-A-Vis-X lesson in music. Bal-A-Vis-X enables the whole mind-body system to experience the natural symmetrical flow of a pendulum.
Bal-A-Vis-X requires focused attention, demands cooperation, promotes self-challenge, and fosters peer teaching while focusing on rhythm and pace.
Thank you to each and every member of our Mustang Family who joined us to celebrate. Don’t forget to share your photos with us by emailing them to mwmustangpride@wasdpa.org
