We have recently partnered with Vanco RevTrak to make it easier to complete payments within your Community Web Portal. With this migration you will now access the RevTrak system to not only pay outstanding fees utilizing a Credit/Debit Card, but you will have the ability if your school chooses to potentially even pay for Field Trips, Dances, Sporting events, etc. in the future.
During this transition, all fees were migrated over and labeled Sapphire Migrated Fees 3/2025. You have the ability to make either full or partial payments on this balance. You can access details for these migrated fees within the Community Web Portal for your Learner under the Student Document Center, Notification Center Section. You will see a folder labeled Sapphire Migrated Fees 3/2025 with a PDF file detailing these fees.
Current fees will now be updated in Sapphire throughout the day.

Parent/Guardian Community Web Portal accounts are the only accounts that may login to the RevTrak system to pay fees.
Student Community Web Portal accounts are only able to see balances.
There is a small fee for utilizing Credit/Debit cards, but as in the past you have the ability to pay with cash or check. The only difference is that you will now receive an email receipt for the payment.
