Notice is hereby given to receive sealed bids for the E-Rate structured network cabling of four (4) Elementary Schools for the Waynesboro Area School District. A vendor walkthrough of the proposed buildings will take place on Thursday January 30th at 10:00 AM with 24 hours allotted to submit questions. Signup for the walkthrough will be located on the School District website (www.wasd.k12.pa.us) or can be accessed directly by the link below. Sealed bids will be received at the Administrative Office of Waynesboro Area School District, located at 210 Clayton Avenue, Waynesboro, PA 17268, until 1:30 PM EST on Tuesday March 4, 2024. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked with “SEALED BID FOR E-RATE STRUCTURED NETWORK CABLING OF FOUR ELEMENTARY BUILDINGS 2025 DO NOT OPEN” and submitted to the attention of Technology Director/Approved Designee. Bids received after the above referenced date and time shall be returned to the bidder unopened. Bids will be publicly opened after the scheduled closing time at the Administrative Office of Waynesboro Area School District.
