Full-Time, 249 Days


Fundamental Duties

Handles all internal taxation issues to include, tax processing,
census update, collection of monies from municipal collectors and
verification of such for accuracy.
Responsible for all aspects of bidding and bid compliance for the district.
Coordination of information amongst tax collectors.


·        Bidding and Quoting Processes, Taxes

·        Backup for Current Accounts Payables/Receivables position

·        Backup for Inventory

·        Backup for Payroll

·        Miscellaneous Accounting Duties




·        Education:  Associates degree in any business office related field,
to include AccountingBusiness, Economics, Finance and/or Management. 
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.


·        Experience & Skills:  Must have experience in a business office 
Must have an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
and Word. Must have an intermediate knowledge of email
(Google mail preferred).
Must understand how electronic accounting systems operate, and
be comfortable learning new software packages.


Salary commensurate with education and experience.
